Internship Arrangement

Participants are not allow to leave their position while on duty or absent without prior notice. If participant is not able to work due to any special reason, permission must be granted from the internship company and organizer.

Non-working day Arrangement

To enhance participants' understanding of Shanghai culture, the organizers will arrange attraction visits during non-working day. Tentative itinerary is as follows:

            Date: 16 Jun (Sat)                
            Attraction: Zhujiajiao

Attraction Visit 3
            Date: 30 Jun-2 Jul (Sat-Sun)                
            Attraction: Hangzhou

Accommodation Arrangement

Participants will accommodate in hotel nearby the working location or in Detao Postgraduate Hall. Two participants are arranged to share 1 room (based on gender).
